1. How does the booking system work?

After selecting your preferred time slot, simply complete the booking process online, and your slot will be reserved just for you! The best part? Once your booking is confirmed, the entire gym will be exclusively yours—whether you're coming alone or with guests. Enjoy having the space all to yourself!

2. Can I bring a friend or trainer?

Our gym is designed for individual bookings, but friends and trainers are welcome too! If you'd like to train with others, you can add up to 3 guests during the booking process for an additional fee per guest.

3. What should I bring?

Just bring the essentials: proper workout attire, clean gym shoes, a water bottle (we have a dispenser for refills to keep you hydrated), and your favorite playlist if you’re using headphones. Towels are also recommended.

4. Is there a cancellation policy?

Bookings are refundable; however, an admin fee will apply. To avoid these charges, please double-check your availability before confirming. Alternatively, we recommend rescheduling instead.

5. What happens if I’m late?

Your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next booking. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to maximize your workout time.

6. Can I book back-to-back sessions?

Absolutely! If you need extra time, feel free to book consecutive slots (subject to availability).

7. Are showers or changing rooms available?

Unfortunately, no, but the toilet is located nearby for your convenience.

8. Is the gym beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! The space is designed for all fitness levels, so you can go at your own pace. Feel free to ask us for tips or guidance—or you can always look it up online!

9. What should I do if there’s an issue with the equipment?

If something isn’t working properly, let us know right away! Our team will make sure it gets sorted as quickly as possible.

10. Do I need to clean the equipment after use?

Yes, a quick wipe-down after using the equipment helps keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

11. Can I host group sessions or private events?

We primarily cater to individual bookings, but feel free to reach out if you're interested in private events or group sessions.

12. How do I access the gym for my session?

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you all the details you need to access the space.

13. How do I use or redeem my Monthly Access Plan?

After purchasing the plan, you’ll receive a Gift Certificate via email. Simply click the special link provided in the email to book and redeem your 30-minute block sessions.
